 MC Performance Equine is committed to ensuring timely product delivery. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will be dispatched on the same day.

 Customers in Canada will be responsible for all shipping expenses, which include insurance and any expedited shipping fees.

 Customers must ensure that the shipping address they provide is accurate and complete. MC Performance Equine will not be liable for any lost or damaged items due to an incorrect shipping address.

Customers are responsible for all  taxes and duties, as well as any additional fees related to their purchase, such as sales tax, import duties, tariffs, and customs charges.

MC Performance Equine is not in a position to provide estimates for these taxes and duties, as we do not control their pricing. For inquiries regarding taxes and duties, customers should contact their local customs office directly.

Should a customer decline to pay the required taxes and duties along with any other fees, they will receive an invoice for the shipping costs necessary to return the product to MC Performance Equine.
