Returns

MC Performance Equine cannot offer refunds or exchanges once product has been used. All returns & exchanges must have an authorization code prior to sending product back to MC Performance Equine.

 

Blankets may be exchanged for another size. Must be in NEW condition and in original packaging. Buyer will pay shipping (Blankets can NOT be covered in hair)

 

Because the nature of the Equine Magnetic Blankets. We only accept returns for defectives. These returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product. If you feel you received a faulty or defective product. Please feel free to email us through our contact us page.

 

Definition of Defective- A product defect is any characteristic of a product which hinders is usability for the purpose for which it was designed. Example: If blanket was put on a horse and then suddenly has a huge hole. That is not a defective.


To be classified as a defective, will be determined at the sole discretion of MC Performance Equine LLC, A return or exchange may not be honored.

 

MC Performance Equine will require pictures of defectives along with a detailed note as to how the defective was found before an authorization code will be sent for an exchange.

 

Please note that we cannot ship a replacement to you until we receive and examine the item. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you to place a new order, this will be refunded after we physically examine the defective item.

 

If products are not in new condition. We have the right to refuse any returns.  

 

Return Process-

 

All products being returned MUST have an Authorization code to send back.

 

Product Must be sent back within 30 days of customer receipt of product. (If after 30 days product is no longer subject to a return/exchange)

 

Once the item is received, we will process the return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for shipping on products sent back to us. Please retain tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

Once your return is received, we will email you letting you know we are working on your return/exchange. If product is approved for a return. Your refund or exchange will be processed with in 10 business days. If product is declined from an exchange or return, we will contact you on how to get your product back to you.
